Composition of the irrigation mixture:
- oak bark 50g
- chamomile baskets 50g
- lemon balm leaf 50g
- sage leaf 50g
- thyme herb 50g
Mix the ingredients. Take three tablespoons of the mixture, pour a liter of water. Cook for 10 minutes, set aside covered for 30 minutes, strain. Rinse the vagina with the decoction in the evening, every other day for three weeks.
