A METHOD OF PREPARING:
Wild rose tea: pour a spoonful of this mixture into a glass and pour boiling water over it for 20 minutes. Of course, as in the case of infusions, we brew them covered.
Infusion – pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of rose hips. Leave covered for 10 minutes, then strain. Drink 2-3 times a day as a substitute for tea or compote. You can sweeten it with honey or raspberry juice.v
Tincture – pour 250 g of sugar over 500 g of rose hips. Pour 1 liter of strong red wine or 40% vodka. Leave in a warm place for 7 days. After a week, strain. Drink one small glass 1-2 times a day in cases of general weakness.
