White mulberry – according to the literature, white mulberry leaves have properties that were used to alleviate the following ailments:
- lowers the concentration of glucose in blood serum,
- supports weight loss
- lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels,
- reduces cravings and excessive appetite,
- recommended for breastfeeding women because it stimulates lactation,
- helpful in the treatment of diabetes because it has antihyperglycemic effects,
- prevents the formation of dark spots on the skin
A METHOD OF PREPARING:
White mulberry tea: 2 flat teaspoons of white mulberry leaves, pour a glass of boiling water, cover and infuse for about 10 minutes. Drink before a meal.
