Description of the ritual – step by step I will guide you through the lunar ritual to make its effect as satisfactory as possible

 

When we light incense – we set the tip of the incense on fire for a while, then extinguish it (we can blow out the fire) so that only herbal smoke remains, we place the entire incense on a glass or metal plate. At night, we completely extinguish the incense and leave it in a safe place.

Brew the tea at 90 degrees, cover it with a plate for 5 minutes, then pour it through a strainer and enjoy the extraordinary aroma of unspoilt and wild nature.
