LAVENDER DRIED FLOWER, pack of 50 g
Lavender is a famous herb that grows in Southern Europe. It can be grown in many countries around the world, including the southern and western United States. Lavender likes dry and sunny places.
This small shrub with woody stems grows to a height of 60 cm and has plenty of branches. The leaves of lavender are very narrow, 2 to 5 cm long, grey-green in color, more or less hairy.
Lavender blooms from June to September. The flowers are small purple and very aromatic.

A METHOD OF PREPARING:
Lavender tea: Macerate 1 teaspoon of dried lavender flowers in 1 cup of boiling water.
When used externally, they have insecticidal properties and cause skin redness (an irritating factor and stimulating local circulation).
Recipe for lavender tincture
Pour 3 handfuls of lavender flowers with enough 40% alcohol to completely cover them.
Set aside for 2 weeks, shake the vessel every day.
Strain.
During the period of colds and flu, take a teaspoon of the tincture every day as a preventive measure. In case of muscle pain or radiculitis, use the tincture to rub the painful areas.
