Cistus – according to the literature, cistus herb has properties that were used to alleviate the following ailments:

A METHOD OF PREPARING:
Pour boiling water over 1 heaped teaspoon, wait 8-10 minutes, strain. Drink one glass a day. It has a slightly herbal flavor and tastes best with honey, lemon, raspberry juice or agave syrup. Cistus compresses are used to treat Lyme disease.
