Extremely refreshing, relaxing FOREST IN THE MORNING bath salt is a mixture of sea salt and English salt (called Epsom salt), rosemary and 6 essential oils. Salt is a rich source of minerals (especially sodium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, calcium) necessary for the proper functioning of the body.
Recommended for muscle pain, joint pain, headaches and general fatigue, but especially in pre-cold and cold conditions – the unique composition of essential oils effectively helps unblock the nose, facilitates breathing and cleanses the sinuses.
Regular use of a brine bath ensures the body’s absorption of macro- and microelements, accelerates the cell regeneration process, helps with various skin problems, stimulates circulation, firms, softens and smoothes the skin. It eliminates tension, calms down and restores balance of spirit.

HOW TO USE
The ideal treatment should last 15 – 20 minutes. Dissolve a handful of salt in the bathtub in water at a temperature of 36-38°C. Before the actual bath, wash your body to remove surface impurities and thus allow the minerals and salts to penetrate more effectively. While bathing, you can gently massage your body to support active absorption of the ingredients. In addition to bathing the whole body, bathing/soaking only the legs will provide excellent results – e.g. in the case of tired and swollen feet, in case of unpleasant foot odor. Such a bath can also help with fungal foot diseases or excessive sweating.
