workshop – future mother’s evening

 

Your most extraordinary adventure of life has begun, you are becoming a mother.

Therefore, it is worth ensuring awareness of how important the first years of a child are when his brain waves are still in the alpha state and how important the parents’ energy is in his later development and adult life. The first years of life and the parents’ energy, even moments before conception, is like the child’s life dowry in adult life. It is at this moment that his professional successes and relationships, his passions and difficulties are created. We can influence the quality of our child’s life by learning how the parents’ energy field works, how to choose a high-vibrating, karma-free name and the most numerologically suitable name for the child, how to touch the child’s tiny body and why it is so important. However, now the most important thing is you and you should especially take care of your mental and physical comfort. During our meeting, we will conduct a gentle yoga session combined with breathing techniques that will prepare your body and mind for childbirth. We will connect with your child’s energy through meditation, where you will gain access to feeling the energy with your child. You will learn what herbs you can use after giving birth to help your body get back into shape as quickly as possible after natural childbirth or a cesarean section. Also, accompanied by sounds that will put you in a state of deep relaxation and openness of heart, you will paint a beautiful mandala, which will be your first personal gift. You can also take advantage of a unique souvenir – painting with my hands a beautiful pattern of natural Indian henna on your belly in the form of a child’s name or another motif (henna painting to be agreed in advance, because creating the pattern will take about an hour and is additionally paid). During the workshop, you will also learn the basics of stop reflexology for yourself and your child. This is a massage of little feet that will make our child feel safer and more relaxed, and therefore calmer and happier.

4. You will learn yoga positions and breathing techniques that will help you during childbirth

5. You will connect through guided meditations with your child

6. With the sounds of relaxing music, you will create unique mandalas straight from the energy of your heart

7. You will learn how to massage your feet and your baby’s feet

8. You can create an absolutely unique souvenir for yourself and your child by painting a pattern on your belly with the child’s name or another motif with natural plant henna (additional fee: PLN 200, creation time about 1 hour, drying time at least 1 hour)

The cost for two participants is PLN 600 (e.g. both parents or mother and daughter or friend, sister) or for one person it is PLN 450 plus the possible cost of my travel if the workshop is far from my city)

Each of my workshops can be combined with another, so feel free to choose a long workshop day for yourself and someone important to you, where you can learn about yoga practice, facial yoga, art workshops, contemplating nature, learning breathing or meditation.
