BREATHING IS LIFE
During the workshop we will learn what proper breathing is. You will learn how to breathe consciously and influence your health through the most basic and obvious activity – full breathing.
Healthy and conscious breathing is the pillar of our health and life-giving energy. It supports a deep state of relaxation, restores concentration and proper sleep quality.
During the workshop, you will learn basic breathing techniques which, with regular practice, you will gradually get rid of
sleep apnea
hypertension
chest tightness
shortness of breath, rhinitis, snoring
chronic headache, migraine,
lack of concentration and lack of energy
asthma, rhinitis, allergies
panic attacks, anxiety
stress and PTSD
muscle aches
Regular breathing practice will provide you with a new quality of life free from the nuisance of the respiratory ailments you currently experience
Incorrect or too fast and shallow breathing makes it difficult for oxygen to get from the blood to the tissues, which leads to many diseases that we could avoid if we breathed properly.

PROGRAM OF THE MEETING
During the workshop, we will learn some basic breathing and relaxation exercises.
Each participant will receive a WEEKLY program of breathing exercises and my own guided meditation along with tips important for properly practicing healthy breathing. You will receive the guide in e-book or paper form (to be determined). It will be a script with exercises from the workshop so that you can practice every day.
Each of my workshops includes an extraordinary surprise.

The cost for two participants is PLN 190/person (plus any travel costs if the workshop is far from my city).
Each of my workshops can be combined with another, so feel free to choose a long workshop day for yourself and someone important to you, where you can learn about yoga practice, facial yoga, art workshops, contemplating nature, learning breathing or meditation.
The cost of combined workshops and for larger groups will be determined individually
