Wild rose powder – according to the literature, powdered wild rose has properties that were used to alleviate the following ailments:
- helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of blood vessels, gums, skin and teeth,
- helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system,
- helps in the proper functioning of the immune system,
- helps protect cells against oxidative stress (helps fight free radicals),
- contributes to reducing the feeling of fatigue and weariness,
- increases iron absorption.
PREPARATION METHOD: Use wild rose powder 2-3 times a day, 1 teaspoon before meals, drinking plenty of water. The powder can be taken directly or added to e.g. yogurt. We suggest that you take a teaspoon of rosehip into your mouth and, without swallowing it, take in the liquid, wait a while for the liquid in your mouth to soften the rose, and then swallow it with as much liquid as possible.
