Goji berries are the fruit of a shrub of species known as common wolfberry or scarlet wolfberry (Lycium barbarum L.) and Chinese wolfberry (Lycium chinese). The healing properties of Tibetan wolfberry fruit have been known for over 2,000 years. years used in traditional Chinese medicine.
